Gary McCain
Senior Project Manager
Born in Portsmouth, Ohio. Graduated from Scioto County Joint Vocational School with my major specialization in Electrical Program 1982-1983. I took my learned skill and became “Lead Electrician” at a modular home manufacturing plant in southern Ohio. With my continued daily pursuit in construction, I took evening and summer classes to earn with honors, a Bachelor of Arts Degree at Ohio Christian University. I continued and graduated with a master’s degree at Mount Vernon Nazarene University with an emphasis on Leadership. ​
With my continued love for residential home construction, I secured a project manager position with an award-winning national builder in Nashville, TN. Some of my selected accomplishments as a project manager were Rookie Builder of the year, 1999. Low Variance Builder of the Year in 2000. Customer Satisfaction Builder of the year in 2000. Production Builder of the Month from October 1999 through March 2001.
With my education and professional construction experience, I became a State of Tennessee licensed contractor from 2003-2008. I established and operated a design-build custom home construction company facilitating all aspects of office-to-field procedures for a mid-to-upper custom home construction company featuring complete turnkey construction services from architectural design through homebuyer presentation and sign-off. Managed all aspects of engineering/government code compliance including but not limited to acquiring permits, site layout, budgeting, scheduling production through online project management platforms, and site visits. Earned the National Home Builders Association Certified Graduate Builder Award 2003-2016 later went on to achieve Certified Master Builder designation 2017-present.

In 2016, I became a Florida State Licensed Certified Building Contractor operating a family-owned design-build construction company specializing in complete turnkey residential renovation services specializing in complete kitchen and bath design to full home remodeling services. As Senior Project Manager, I facilitate all project-related operations from design to organizing job sites, developing schedules, maintaining quality control and budgets, and ensuring project completion while managing customer satisfaction through continual communication and collaboration.
Beth McCain
Showroom & Customer Journey Director
Happily, born and raised in South Central Ohio, I graduated with honors from Waverly High School, majoring with an emphasis in Stenography 1983-1984 from Pike County Joint Vocational School.

Entered the workforce in a customer service position and in 2003, I managed the day-to-day financial transactions of McCain Custom Builders, Inc. before transitioning to front line representative of all real estates sales portfolio of McCain Custom Builders, Inc., of $ 5.5 million annual sales as a Tennessee licensed Century 21 Real Estate agent.
Due to my love for real estate, I continued my education and receive my Brokers license in 2019, where I am currently a Broker’s Associate at Livin Paradise Realty LLC., doing what I “love” in Palm Coast, Florida.

As McCain Construction LLC., Real Estate liaison, I assist with company lot purchases, and offer suggestions for customers in need with renovation ideas and remodel options when the need occurs.
Brooke McCain
Information Technology Director
As Information Technology Director, Brooke assists with all matters of information distribution. Meeting clients in the company’s showroom and all office and office-to-field correspondence.

Born in South Central Ohio, Brooke made practical and worthwhile use of her skills. She learned from the various service-oriented businesses she worked in dealing with the public. One, in particular, was a client fitness manager in an upscale gym in Columbus Ohio. Brooke assisted clients with setting and obtaining fitness and health goals.
James Sujlander
Lead Remodeler
As Lead Remodeler for McCain Construction, LLC., James makes effective use of all his collective carpentry and cabinet building and finishing skills including the skills he learned from years working in a custom boat manufacturer as finish assembler. “I love finish trim carpentry and cabinetry work, that’s all I want to do!”

James was born and raised in Connecticut, he soon immersed himself in the residential construction industry assisting with historic restoration, remodeling, and new construction projects. he worked with several residential construction companies where he perfected and performed tasks from rough framing to custom trim molding to cabinetry, his favorite.
Drake McCain
Lead Designer
As Lead Designer, Drake utilizes AutoCad and ProKitchen software to create 3D designs specializing in residential home kitchens and baths to full home renovation designs. With these renovation designs, Drake assists with bringing these designs to life within the Design/Build projects awarded to McCain Construction LLC., by our valued clients.

Drake was born in South Central Ohio, grew up in middle Tenn., and graduated at Vern Riffe Career Technology Center in Piketon, Ohio. He majored and specialized in Engineering Technologies 2011-2012.
