McCain Construction, LLC, is a residential design build company that merges high-quality construction practices with distinguishing design services to create innovative home improvement “solutions” for existing kitchen and baths. McCain Construction, LLC., was established due to a lack of qualified skilled residential construction professionals in Flagler County.
As a home builder in Flagler County, Gary McCain struggled to find construction professionals to assist on certain aspects of the custom home projects for MCCAIN HOMES, INC., (Yes, we also build homes). For this reason, Gary redirected his focus as a homebuilder to create a remodeling company with distinguishable characteristics on design services and high-quality construction practices connecting with the client who is looking to remodel a kitchen and or bath.
With over 26+ years of experience as a superintendent, project manager, and a construction business owner, Gary provides line item scope of work estimates, project management, and production scheduling for each aspect of the project. As a result-driven construction manager, Gary’s corporate compass is directed toward high levels in customer satisfaction with an obsession on “communication” with a corporate mission to achieve enduring greatness in the remodeling industry within the local community.
